We focus on behaviour change  with people. We work with teams  and individuals from C-level to all staff across organisations.

We work to improve business results in sales,  showing people how to be better presenters, coaching people on challenges in the workplace that stand in the way of good leadership and team work.  Whatever you need in training courses and coaching, we can tailor your training to your company.

Why Do We Do It?

We know that bringing awareness to behaviour can transform people and help them actualise their potential.

We believe in the power of coaching and quality training to affect change.

We want to bring a new mind-set and people-dynamics to groups of people working together.

Quality relationships and quality thinking can transform an organisation.

We want to do our part in bringing these tool to people who seek real change.

Since When?

Born in 2002.

12 years of training and coaching have shown us that we  can always learn and grow more.

We have training and coached people and teams across industries and countries during that time.

We have concentrated on a niche service around creating long-term change in organisations.

Lead Trainer – Shiera O’Brien

Executive Coach, Ireland

Shiera’s approach to training is to bring robust models and  material from the field of psychology to our training courses and coaching sessions. It is all about bringing real change to clients; change in perspective, change in behaviour and new results for any individual or team that we work with.

In any workshop or coaching session, there is a total focus on 1) what current results are you getting, 2) how are you talking about your  experience of it and 3) what behaviours are going on around it. Shiera works to bring awareness to what is going on from an observational standpoint, without judgement, using the tools she has learned 12 years in this field.

She qualified as  interpreter/translator from Dublin City University and spent over 12 years working in the software industry in an international sales and business development capacity, before deciding that she wanted to explore psychology and human behaviour and bring these tools into the workplace. She switched her career and has spent the last 10 years finding the best tools in self-actualisation psychology and Neuro-semantic coaching. She has trained internationally with the best in the field of coaching. She is a trained Meta-coach and Master Practitioner of NLP. She has delivered training and coaching across Ireland, Europe and Australia over the past 10 years.

Shiera talks about how she works…

In the years of coaching and training large and small groups, I have observed  that there are consistent patterns operating in companies and individuals that  hinder growth and progress. I am always looking for those patterns so that we can work with them and create  real sustainable change.

I work with the structure of what  is  going on, and show people how to build better structures and dynamics in their teams and in their own thinking. It can take time to change an organisation, but with a real desire to grow, companies and people start seeing results.

If I were to summarise what I bring to any area that needs change or growth, it is the ability to ask penetrating and powerful question that can bring awareness and structural change to people’s thinking patterns, their internal language and what they habitually do in their person interactions.

It’s all about being real, practical and authentic and bringing the best analytic and coaching skills I can to every conversation. The reason? If people are spending money on change, I want to help make that change initiative as successful  as possible…with every client I work with.
