There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients get what they need in 4 focused sessions. Others work over 6–12 months as part of a long-term leadership development journey. We typically recommend a minimum of four 2-hour sessions to allow for depth and measurable progress. You’re welcome to start small and build from there.
