Our sessions follow the internationally recognised Meta-Coaching system. We start with defining a well-formed outcome — what you want from the session — and build from there. Come with an open mind and a sense of what you’d like to explore. You don’t need all the answers — that’s what the coaching space is for. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients get what they need in 4 focused sessions. Others work over 6–12 months as part of a long-term leadership development journey. We typically recommend a minimum of four 2-hour sessions to allow for depth and measurable progress. You’re welcome to start small and build from there.
